Oh, dear how did that happen. ??? they just changed it. Oh my gosh. Hey hey Adventure babes in Biz, Senka here. So if you are, hopefully not coz I press a few buttons that the title still came up so I think it’s a fact if you don’t own it, you can’t sell it. So this comes off the back of an entire week of talking about this with clients. This has been a massive planning week for a whole lot of my clients as we going into 2019. They wanna get clear on what they wanna be doing for 2019 and what those relate to in terms of numbers, money in the bank, paydays so here’s, the thing if you don’t own this, you can’t sell it.

If you don’t own or understand the service that you provide and the value that that brings to your audience, there is no way that you’ll be connected enough to be able to sell it because if you’re not connected with the service that you provide or understand and feel and know the value that that brings to people’s lives then you cannot sell it because you’re not connected to it.

So it’s so important that it’s like you have to understand what it is that you do for people so not just from a service perspective and when I say service, I mean, like that, can be product of whatever so, whether it’s like you do, um you know hiking tours surfing adventures um. You dopush craft or trail running or anything like that that’s a service that you provide. We provide a service of hey sheridan. You provide a service of service of doing the thing, but then the value that that service brings to somebody is we, If people miss that part of it and when you’re not connected to it, we don’t understand it, you don’t feel that you bring value to it. I can guarantee you you will struggle to charge what you actually really want to be and you won’t make the money that you want to in your adventures because you’re stuck on seeinghow ??? awesome you are and how ??? awesome it is what you do for people.

So the value the adventure girls brings to people is that we organize you know we do kick ??? adventures that’s service that we provide, but the value that of that for everyone is that we’re saving them time because they don’t need to organize anything. We are saving them um having to feel alone in the weekends and hit like they got no friends we’re also the value that we’re providing are these kick ??? adventures and amazing experiences and that they get to go home and share with all their family and with all their friends so and here’s the thing it’s like.

I know that that brings that to my ladies, that book and come on my adventures like without a doubt which is why I charge what I do for my adventures but if you just think you’re just here to provide a service and do a thing and you don’t value your time that you put into creating those adventures or the costs that are actually associated with running a business or your operating expenses and all that stuff . Then you will just forever undercharge for what it is that you are creating and the adventures that you’re putting on and let’s be fair, that sucks!

It sucks putting all that effort into creating these amazing experiences for people which is not being sometimes life changing for them and you come out at the end of the day and everyone’s raving about it and you have made no money from putting all that effort and time into creating adventures. So I want you, ladies here, whether you’re at the considerations stage of starting up your own adventure biz and you’re like I really wanna do adventures for women and the thing that you love whatever your outdoor obsession is and you go, this is the thing I’ve always wanted to do or whether you are already in year one or two of your business and you’ve been trying a few things with bits and pieces up and you haven’t got the traction and your Bank accounts really empty for it and you’re actually feeling really exhausted because you’ve been doing that, then it’s time to put a stop to that and really understand the value that you bring to people and then in turn relating that into the charges that you charge for your adventures.

Stop Wasting Time On Emails That Don’t Get Opened

What’s the point in having an email list if you can’t get people open the emails to see all the rad dets about your adventure right!

So here’s two sure fire ways to get more people opening your emails and checking out your adventure.

Number 2 sounds so ridiculosly simple you’ll laugh when you hear it (and maybe realise you should be doing this!!!)

I’ve recreated this for you. So you got yourself an email list and you send emails, but no one’s open them so what’s the ??? point in sending emails. So in this video. This free training video I’m gonna share with you two things that every single email should have in order for you to drive open rates and of course, conversion rates for your adventures.

Hi I’m Senka Radonich, creator of adventure girls in biz and for the last eight years, I’ve been running adventure girls and for the last three I’ve been teaching awesome women like you, how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the overwhelm the guess work without having to go at it align so let’s get stuck in today’s training so you guys have an email list right? Well that’s all well and good, but an email list is only as valuable as the open and the click through rates and the engagement so no matter what size list you have, whether you have 500 or five thousand depending on what your engagement rate is like, with your emails, that is where the real value is in your database.

So here’s two things that gonna help you to drive open rates so people actually opening the emails and saying what the hell’s in there so that they know what cool adventures you’ve got coming up and of course, driving through click through rates and conversion rates and actually get people to go from reading an email to then doing something about it.

#1 Create a catchy subject line

Number one is to create a catchy Subject line. The subject line is the thing that people see when the email hits the inbox. Now, if you have something boring, or that gives away what’s included, then they less likely to click through unless they’re interested in that particular adventure. What I found the most effective thing is to actually create a subject line that creates intrigue that creates interest or curiosity so that people actually wanna click through and see, what’s on your email. So here are three of my favorite subject lines that get the best open rate. Number one is “Have you seen this” and the person’s first name. Number two is “I’ve created this for you” insert person’s first name and number three is “Are you coming to this” insert person’s first name. So those emails get the biggest open rate because people are curious about it plus also has their name in the subject line which doesn’t seem like much, but actually helps drive open rates a lot more so when you’re sending out your next email make sure that you’ve got something that actually sparks curiosity in the subject line.

#2 Call to action

Number two is every email should include this to help drive conversion rates and that is a call to action otherwise known as that C2A. The call to action is the thing that you want people to do once they have read your email. Now this might sound, like it’s really freaking simple but you would be surprised as to how hard people make it when they send an email out to go “hey here’s my cool adventure and you can find out more on our website” without putting a direct link to what you want them to do and embedding that link in multiple locations throughout your email so making sure that you’re photo has a link that the description of the actual adventure has a link and that you have something that says click here to read more.

You’ll be surprised as to how few times people put a link directly to the adventure that you want people to check out and I only send it to the general page. So make your call to action specific and make sure you put it in multiple times throughout your email. So there you have it two of my email must haves in order to drive your open rates and your conversion rates. How many times have you heard the saying in order to get a different result. You’re going to have to take a different action, so you do, but then you just get the same results. So in today’s video, I’m gonna share with you what it is you’re actually doing and of course we really need to be making the change so that you can get those different results.

Hey I’m Senka Radonich – creator of Adventure Girls In Biz and for the last 12 years I’ve been running adventures and the last three I’ve been teaching women, like you, who have an outdoor obsession how to turn that into a pumping biz.

Let’s look at it like this. Results come from your actions. Your actions come from your mindset. Your mindset comes from your beliefs, and your beliefs come from your thoughts. So if you are continually just taking different actions to get a different result, what you’re gonna find is you’re actually gonna end up what I call paper-shuffling.

Which means you’re just picking up the same pile of paper, putting in a different order, putting it in another box and then the next day getting out. Picking up that same pile, reshuffling it and putting it in another box which an actual fact doesn’t get you any real different results. If you wanna get big results and a big change, you need to actually go all the way down that process to your thoughts. That is the domino that actually creates the change to get a different result.

By changing what it is that you think about and how you think about your business and turn your gonna end up changing the beliefs that you have around what you can and can’t do in your business, which is gonna change your mindset. Then it’s going to actually create different actions for you to take different results. Now the big question of course, is how do you change those thoughts?

Part of changing your thoughts is actually being able to tune into them and become aware of what it is that you’re thinking that you can and cannot do in your business. This is so critical. So one of the best thing that I use in my business is journaling for success.

Now you might be saying Senka that’s a little bit woo-woo. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t.

I’ve been using it for the last 12 months and I can say it has definitely impacted the results that I’ve been getting in the business. For this very reason with journaling for success you’re asking yourself specific questions to tune yourself in to start to notice those thoughts that are not serving you in terms of growing in your business.

So that way you can actually tune into what is and what isn’t working so that way you can actually create a brand new belief around what it is that you want in terms of your result in your business, so what I’ve done for you is I’ve actually created a list of 20 different journaling prompts that you can use on a daily basis. You don’t have to use them all every single day. You can pick and choose one or two that stand out for you, but what it allows you to do is to start to tune into the thought pattern that’s actually really holding you back from what it is that you wanna create.

The beautiful thing about doing the journaling is that then allows you to get those unexpected breakthroughs, those insights, and it will help you create the growth that you need in order to get the results that you want in your business. It doesn’t take long to wonder off an overgrown path with no markers, and let’s face it, unless your customers have the navigation skills of a mountaineering pro, they can find themselves going round in circles only to leave the path on the way to purchasing your product all together.

Imagine if that path was the path to your product and those people walking that path are you potential customers….

Unless you are putting up clear trail markers to point them in the direction you want them to go, then you may as well kiss goodbye to that potential customer, and the money you spent in getting them.
