With so many moving parts in your adventure biz it’s hard to know what’s working and what’s not. So in today’s video training, I’m going to cover with you the two things you must be tracking in your biz, so you know what to keep and what to ditch.

Hey I’m Senka Radonich, creator of Adventure Girls in Biz and for the last 8 years I’ve been running adventures and for the last three I’ve been teaching epic women just like you, how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the guesswork without the overwhelm and of course without having to go at it alone.

So in today’s training, I want to knuckle down into the things that you can track in your business that are essential. Here’s the thing, if you can’t measure it you can’t change it. You can’t see what’s working what’s not, what you need to tweak, what you need to ditch and what you need to keep. So these two things are the critical things that you need to be tracking in your business.

#1 Cash Flow

So number one is cash flow. So this is tracking your money in, your money out and hopefully, if you’re doing things right your money, that is left over. So this allows you to see how the business is tracking. It lets you see “Do I need to increase my sales. Do I need to look out for my experiences that are going out this month or this week” and make sure that I have money left over.

So when it comes to money in money out money leftover you have the ability to influence any of those two parts that will influence your money out. So by tracking these stats, tracking. what money is coming in from all your adventure bookings, any contracts that you’ve got. If you’re still working a job, the money that you bring in from that and then making sure that you have set up in the business the important out goings so have you got adventures that are coming up. Do you need to be putting deposits. Do you need to be making sure that all that stuff is covered so by checking your cash flow, it keeps you on top of that. So when you get to the end of the month, we actually have more money than you have for the month. So make sure you’re tracking consistently money in money out and money leftover.

#2 Conversions

Number two is conversions. You want to be tracking anything that you’re putting out there for it’s conversion rate. So you wanna know how it’s performing. Here’s the thing. If you’re putting any marketing out there, you want to know what’s performing and what not. You wanna know at what point is it worth continuing to spending time money and energy on something. So by tracking the leads that are coming in and then the results that are coming out, which I’m assuming is gonna be bookings, you’ll be able to see, watch, lead generation tools and watch productivity, you’re doing in the businesses that is actually creating the bookings that you want.

So make sure that you are measuring the leads that are coming in, make sure that your’re measuring the people that booked, measure the time that it takes to people to convert. All the stuff will help you to understand so much about your business and will help you to understand how many leads you need to get in order to convert into a booking. It will let you know how much lead time you need to put up for the adventure that you’re listing. All the stuff that allows you to make decisions based on the data that you’ve got for your business, as opposed to a whole lot of guess work. So if you are putting any content or any marketing out there, make sure you have a measure in place for what’s working what’s not and that way, you know if you just need to tweak or to ditch it.

So there you have it the two things you must be tracking in your business so you know whether you need to be putting time, money and energy into the stuff that’s working and ditching the stuff that’s not. #1 Pace & Lead

So number one is to Pace & Lead. This at it alone. So number one is to Pace & Lead. This where they are and take them where you want them to go. So at the beginning of any adventure, the group is full of excitement and nerves and then somewhere in between. So what you wanna do is make that meet that group at that energy level. You don’t wanna come in too hot, often there are people in the group that when you come into it actually throws them off. So you wanna make sure that you match the group where the energy is, and then, as you deliver your content and deliver your briefing, you can actually amp up the excitement and all that sort of stuff to move them through from maybe feeling a bit reserved and not sure about the situation to a place of feeling excited and looking forward to it. So always remember to meet your group, pace where they are and then lead them into the direction and energy level that you want them to go.

#2 Universals & Truisms

Number two is Universals & Truisms. These are statements that you use at the opening of your briefing that are universal and true for everybody in the group. So how this works is it’s a way to build rapport with an entire group of people that have different reservations, different backgrounds, different levels of excitement, but it brings them together and allows you to build rapport with everybody in the group.

So an example of universals & truisms n this case, for this video would be “it’s so great to have you watching this video, wherever you are in the world, whether this is the first video you’ve watched all you’ve watched one before I’m excited to share the contest with you in here”. So in that opening statement I use probably about three universals & truism, so “it’s great that you’re watching this video”, “no matter where you are in the world”, “whether you’ve watched my videos before or you, it’s great to be sharing this content with you”. So no matter what situation you are in, those four things should have rung true to you so when you’re doing your briefings for your adventures, you can utilize your universals & truisms to build a rapport with everybody that’s in the group.

So in your briefings always make sure that you cover at least three universals & truisms for people so that that way they have all got something that they say yes to and that they feel they’re part of and I can guarantee you’ll build instant rapport was everybody that’s there.

#3 Seven +/-2

Number three is Seven +/-2. So this is the chunks of information that our brain can hold at any one time. That means we actually taking in the information that’s being shared with us so when you’re doing your briefings, it’s important to make sure that at the start you are actually doing an overview of the event and of the day as opposed to going into all of the details straight away. So when you’re doing your briefing instead of launching straight into the detail, you might wanna make sure that you break it up into smaller chunks and explain what’s gonna be happening through the day and big chunks and then go back and start to have each of those items in detail so people can understand everything that’s going on and they can actually retain that information.

So there you have it. My three super secret NLP techniques that you can now use to deliver your briefings to make sure you build rapport with everybody and that the information that you’re sharing with them is going in. How many times are you touching your customers? How many times are you touching your clients? What? In the appropriate kind of way. In today’s video I’m gonna share with you a Facebook strategy that gives you 4 touch points with your clients so that it can help you get more bookings.

Hi I’m Senka Radonich, creator of Adventure Girls in Biz and for the last 8 years I’ve successfully been running adventures and for the last three I’ve been teaching awesome women, like you, how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the guesswork without the overwhelmed and without having to go at it alone.

So in today’s video I wanna talk with you about facebook; using facebook advertising to help you fast track your touch points with your clients that often it takes up to 12 touch points to convert somebody from a cold lead into a booking and so Facebook strategy is a really great way to help you get four of those possible 12 that you need in order to take somebody from not knowing you to liking you, trusting you and then of course, coming to your adventures.

#1 Create a video relevant to your adventures

Step number one is to create a video that you want people to view that is relevant for your adventures that you want people to come in book to. Whether that is a training video of you showing people how to do things like pack a hiking bag, do up hiking boots, how to take corners so whether it’s a training video, whether it’s just a super cool fun epic video of scenery and women having fun on adventures, you wanna create your content that’s relevant for the adventure that you want people to come along to.

#2 Create a custom audience in Facebook

Step number two is to then create a custom audience in facebook. Now, this audience needs to be nice and targeted, so no big, bold brush strokes of being things like women aged 15 to 55. Keep your custom audience, nice and tight and tailored, the more specific you can be about the age, their preferences, their interest and their location, be sure that you will target that.

#3 Set up your Facebook ad

Step number three is going to set up your facebook ad and drive traffic for video views. This is a great strategy because you can get views for less than 10 cents and sometimes even less than five cents which means it is a great way to spend your money and create your first touch point.

#4 Set up a retargeting ad

Step number four is to then set up a retargeting ad to those that have watched your video for 25 percent or more. The great thing about the strategy is that you know that people have been interested so if you’re watching a quarter of your video, they’re more likely gonna be your audience and, as part of this retargeting is you wanna re target them with a free offer, some way that you can move them from just being a video of you out there in the world of facebook to actually being on a list or in a group. So that you can continue to build that relationship and therefore create offers for them to come to your adventures.

So a great strategy here is to create something like a free download, so whether it’s a PDF download where they need to optin with an email or inviting them to a group that you have a private community, it’s all about moving them from facebook into a platform we’re you’re able to capture their email and then continue to build the relationship in that space.

#5 Have a follow up process in place

And finally step number five is to have a follow up process in place so whether it’s that they’re joining your facebook community and you’re ensuring that you have got an email sequence that takes them through an on boarding process in to that group. So that you’re sending them multiple emails, afterward welcoming them inviting them to come in and inviting them to participate in the group or whether it’s, with your free pdf download and you’ve got an email sequence that follows on from that. That is inviting them to come along and join your other group, all whether it’s with your PDF download, that you’ve got an email sequence that is simply just introducing yourself and creating candid conversations that are about finding out what it is that they’re interested in and what they’re looking for. This is an epic way to create long term relationships as much as I would love to say that selling out of adventures is an overnight process the beautiful thing is that you really wanna be building long-term relationships so setting up something like this facebook strategy is epic because it gives you multiple touch points in a short space and it moves people through that know, like and trust process really quickly so they can go from not knowing you to coming to book to come to your adventures.

So there you have it a five step process to take people from not knowing you with a video of you all the way through to building an ongoing long-term relationship that so that they can book and come to your advantages. #1 Get a hundred percent feedback on all your adventures

Number one is how to get a hundred percent feedback on all your adventures. And my one saying for this is ditch the digital. So many people want to use an automated process after this one in terms of sending out a thank you email and then asking people to provide feedback after the adventure. I’m here to say ditch that process and go old school and take a printed piece of paper with you with the questions on it, so that people can answer it then and there post adventure.

The reason for this is people are in their space of happiness. They have just completed their adventure. I’m gonna say if you’ve been running it you’ve done an amazing job and they are totally buzzing out from the adventure so what better time to capture all the feedback then right there in the moment, so that way you can have all the information at hand 100 percent. I switched from digital to old school after I trialled sending out digital after every adventure and I found I probably got maybe a 25 percent return rate on my feedback which wasn’t going to serve me so in switching to doing a printed copy after every adventure, I went from 25 percent to a hundred percent feedback which is outstanding so ditch the digital and go old school when it comes to getting feedback.

#2 Asking these 2 questions in your feeedback

And number two the two questions that you should be asking in your feedback are these. Number one is “why did you choose to come to our adventure instead of going by yourself. The reason I ask this question as people provide you with the exact reason that they come to do your adventures in a group format than going and doing it on their own. This information you can then use to build into your copy when you’re writing about your adventures and these are the exact words that your customers use that they have given you the reason why they come to your adventures as a group instead of going off and doing it by themselves. So make sure you ask that question and then reuse that content in a way that you can build it on to handle any objections and answer any questions in the content that you write. This is invaluable this information and it will help you engage more confidently with your customers.

And the second question that you want to ask your clients that are filling out the feedback is “what adventures do you wanna come to?” It sounds so simple but if you haven’t got a check box with a list of your upcoming adventures or range of adventures or even adventures that they want to see put on, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity to re engage with a hot customer like a customer that already loves your stuff you’re missing out on that opportunity to re-market to them with the exact adventures that they want to come along to, so make sure you put a text box of some description at the bottom with your upcoming adventures and then be sure to tag them in the email system or your customer relationship management tool. Make sure you tag them in there so that when those adventures are coming up you’ve already got a list of hot prospects that you can sell that adventure to.

So there you have it, ladies the two ways that you can remember one get a hundred percent favorite on your adventures and the 2 questions that you must be asking in your feedback after every adventure. So, let’s get stuck into today’s training around business habits and how you can use them just like kicking a** in your business.

#1 Tune your radio

So number one is to tune your radio first. Now I’m speaking metaphorically here although turning your radio on and getting some pumping tunes is a really great way to change the state and get you cranking for the day and that this particular topic I’m talking about turning on your mindset frequency. Did you know that we get something like 70000 thoughts in a day. Some of those of you so and let’s just be honest, some of those are not so by tuning your mindset frequency first thing in the morning and setting at the direction that you actually wanna be focusing on for the day, I can guarantee you that you will be setting yourself up for success and of course for heading in the direction that you wanna be creating.

So there are a couple of ways that you can tune your mindset frequency on and that is by doing a couple of things. Journaling in the morning so that way you are clearing your mind out, setting your mind in the direction of the things that you wanna do and another couple of ways you can do that is also through affirmations. Whether you love them or hate them, whether you wanna rename them reminders as opposed to calling them affirmations because that’s just too woowoo, they are something that I do every single day in my business and they are definitely a huge path for setting my mindset frequency and the direction that I wanna be creating for the day, so I can focus on the things that I really need to.

#2 Daily sales actions

Number two is daily sales actions. Making money in your business is the heart of your business and being able to do it in the adventure space, the space that you love is the soul of your business. So that makes cash flow, the lifeblood of your business so you wanna be making sure that you’re taking actions every single day that help drive bookings, cash flow and anything that is sales-related in your business.

So whether you’re working full time in your business or you’re still working a job alongside setting up your business, at the very least, you should be doing at least one sales activity or one sales action a day at a very minimum. So these include things like doing a facebook post, doing an email out to your audience and calling people who are interested in doing your adventure, inviting people to come along to your adventure, finding people to do interviews with, anything else like doing a facebook ad and re-targeting it to people that have seen your stuff. There’s so many activities that you can do at any time, so make sure you’re doing at least one in your business every single day.

#3 The three R’s

Number three is the three Rs. Now I was inspired to create this from when I did the body for life training system. Now this is to review, write and reset. So how this works is you wanna review your day that’s going by, what’s happened, what hasn’t happened, how it’s gone write it, however, you wanna write it whether that’s out of ten or by stars or whatever makes you happy and number three is to reset and you wanna reset for the day that’s coming up next. Now I love this system for several reasons. Number one is that it gives your a mental switch off at the end of the day.

So once you’ve done the three Rs you know that it’s the end of the day and it’s time to switch off. I also love this because if you had a shitty day which let’s face it we have those in business, it’s really good to actually let all of that out, have a vent, let it out, write it down, clear the energy on it and then that way you can actually take the lessons from all the shi*t that’s happened for the day and take the lessons and then of course take the learning forward enter your business and, lastly, the reason I love this system so much is that in resetting for the next day ahead, it means in the morning you can wake up fresh, clear on what you wanna do and in that way, you can go out and you can kick ass in your business the next day because you know exactly what needs to get done.

So there you have it three daily biz habits that you can use to kick ass in your business. Your adventure listing is one of those key essence that you have that or no matter what platform it’s on whether it’s your website, your facebook or your Meetup or anything like that. Having the right information in the right sequence can be crucial to actually helping people move through the know, like and trust process of coming on board and coming and doing your adventures so I’m gonna cover with you three of my key essentials that you need to have on your adventure listing at any one time.

#1 Put a booking button at the top of your listing without the price

Now there’s two parts to this. The first part is we wanna put it near the top of the listing almost in the below the fold. So when somebody lands on the page, you can see the booking so if they’ve already seen your page, they don’t have to scroll all the way to the bottom, to book the adventure and the second reason that we do that without the pricing is because if they’re landing on the page for the very first time you want them to read all the information about the adventure before they make a snap judgement on the pricing that way when they’re reading through all the content they know exactly what they’re gonna get and they can see the value that you’re providing and therefore the price that you’re charging.

#2 Add video

The statistics for video engagement is huge. So it is a whole different ballpark to just putting out static images on your website. You’ll get way more engagement and way more people buying into the emotion when they’re watching a video so I highly recommend that you put a video no more than one minute up on you adventure listings so that people can see what they gonna get out of your adventure.

Make sure that your video is all about the emotion and the celebration and all of that, not just the listing of exactly what they’re gonna get out of it. You want people to buy into the story and the joy of what they’re gonna experience when they come along to your adventure.

Don’t worry, if you’re not a video editor. There’s plenty of free tools online for you to be able to edit your videos and of course, you can always outsource editing videos as well, so make sure they’re engaging, make sure there’s music, make sure they’re fun and I can guarantee that will help with the know, like and trust process.

#3 Have testimonials that handle objections

So testimonials awesome to have on your website but they’re even better if they’re handling the objection of somebody who wants to come along. So testimonials when you’re asking for them from people, make sure you pull out the snippets that are specific to handling objections so things like. “I was really worried about turning up to your adventure by myself but the girls that were there were super welcoming” or even something like “I was all worried about being the slowest person on the adventure, but the girls made me feel totally welcome and I’m so pleased that I did it”. So those testimonials speak way more into the objections that people have when they’re coming along to adventure, so when you are asking for testimonials at the end of an adventure, which I’m hoping you do, make sure that you structure the questions that you are asking them in a way for them to provide the answers that you want so that you can use those testimonials again to help in the know, like and trust process of people wanting to come and do your adventures.

Hi I’m Senka Radonich Creator of Adventure Girls in Biz and for the last eight years I’ve been running successfully an adventure business and for the last 3 I’ve been teaching epic women just like you how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the overwhelm without the guesswork and without having to go at it alone. So let’s get stuck into the five steps on how to automate your adventure booking process.

#1 Payment

Make sure you have an easy process for people to make payment to you I’m gonna recommend something like paypal or stripe, because it automatically collects payment when people click the button. One button, one click and they’re away and booked up and this leads us into number two.

#2 Page redirect

So the great thing about using a payment gateway like paypal or like stripe, is that it then also lets you do a page redirect once a purchase that has booked to come to your adventure. This means you can create your confirmation page just in one location with all the relevant details, any videos, any extra information that you need them to know before they come to their adventure. So make sure you set up a page redirect from your payment gateway.

#3 Connect people who booked to your email system

Number three is to connect up those people that are booked to your email system and I’m hoping you do have an e-mail system set up. Now there’s a couple of different ways that you can actually do this so, depending on the payment gateway that you choose and also the email service provider that you choose. So I’m working with something like Paypal and Aweber. This is an automatic app that allows the two to converse. Otherwise you’re gonna need to look at something like Zapier to then take the people that have used paypal or stripe to make their purchase and put their name on to a segmented email list that’s specific for that adventure, so you can then send them some details. Now that then leads into step number four.

#4 Send a confirmation email

So you wanna set this up automatically to trigger immediately as soon as they have been added automatically to your email list that specific for that adventure and within that email, you wanna make sure you have a link to that confirmation page that you have set up so that you are telling them all the relevant details in just one location.

This keeps your life easy because any updates just can be done in one location and if for some reason, some details differ, you don’t wanna include those in that confirmation email so that you don’t end up confusing the people that have booked to come to your adventures.

#5 Set up email reminders

Number five is to set up email reminders so you wanna make sure that you are reminding everyone of the confirmation details, anything that they need to bring or wear or be aware of or sign before they come to their adventure. I usually send one out two weeks before the adventure and then I also send one out three days before the adventure, just to make sure anybody else who’s joined and maybe a little bit last minute has the details and if anyone is missing them in between it, they have all the information there.

So a quick pro tip too and when it comes to using your email reminders or your email system as you also wanna use that to re-engage and engage with your audience. Maybe you wanna send out an email inviting them to a private facebook community that’s exclusively for people that are coming on or been on your adventures and then that way you can put any additional reminders or video reminders or anything extra into that private group. It also allows them to feel like they’re part of an exclusive community which adds value to what it is that you provide and, of course you know that those are your hot hot hot people who love coming to your adventures and it gives you another space that you have to market to your audience.

So there you have it my 5-part adventure sign up process to help reduce the time that you are spending on getting back to those people that have booked and of course to streamline the experience and booking to come to your adventures. I’m Senka Radonich, creator of Adventure Girls in Biz and for the last eight years I’ve been running a successful adventure business and for the last three I’ve been teaching epic women just like you, how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the overwhelm and without the guesswork so in today’s video I wanna share with you six of my favorite sales generating activities that I’m gonna help you get more bookings. Yay! We love more bookings.

They say it can take up to nine touch points in order to convert somebody from not knowing you to being a paid client who’s coming along to your adventures. These daily sales activities or these weekly sales activities are vital as part of your engagement process to move people through your customer journey.

So here they are six activities you can do every single week, week in week out so you can be consistent which, of course, means consistent bookings.

#1 Welcome your new Facebook page and post likers with a private message

This is not an opportunity to spam people. I’m totally and anti-spam, but to drop them a quick “Hello” so you can put a face behind the brand definitely gives people the opportunity to move through that know, like, and trust process with you so once a week make sure that you send me a private message to anybody who’s a new page liker or a new post liker.

#2 Email your upcoming adventures to your email subscribers

I’m hoping that, if you’re in business, you are building an email list. This is a vital asset for your business that you can market regularly your upcoming adventures too. Now, I do say weekly as you’ve heard in any of my stuff before because I’m assuming that you’re gonna be getting new fresh leads every week and, you don’t want them to have to wait a whole entire month in order to get any upcoming adventures that might be happening. You wanna keep people in the know every single week and if they unsubscribe because it’s too often then they just not your client so fear not for unsubscribers but I highly recommend that you send your Upcoming adventures once a week to your audience.

#3 Create an engaging video for Facebook

The reason I have this one in here is because facebook loves video. It helps boost your algorithms, which means that you get in front of more of the people that like your page and of course their friends as well and it gives them an opportunity to engage with you. Now your videos can be done in a couple of different ways and can contain a bunch of different content, whatever it is make sure it’s relevant to your audience so you can either do a facebook live or you can play record and upload your video and you can do anything from sharing a tip to asking a question; so anything that’s gonna create engagement or sharing. So make sure you get one video at least one video up a week onto your facebook page.

#4 Share your freebie often

Now I’ve got my fingers crossed that you have some sort of free optin whether that’s a PDF download, whether it’s a video series whether it’s a free group that people can come to. I’m hoping fingers crossed that you have got some form of free optin to engage with your audience to bring them in so you can build a relationship with them and if you do, I want to make sure that you are sharing that every single week across all your platforms.

The reason it needs to be weekly is if you’re getting fresh leads and new leads and new people coming to your platforms, you wanna make sure that they say that they can join you or receive that free optin so that you can start to build more relationships with them so you can build that know, like and trust with them.

#5 Get your adventures in front of a new audience

This is finding other places like being interviewed, doing blog post for other people, finding other facebook communities that have got a similar audience and getting your adventures out in front of that. I find that interviews are amazing because they give you the opportunity to actually put a face and a voice and a story behind your business and your adventures and a great way to engage with a large group of women that are your targeted audience so make sure that you are aiming to get your adventures and yourself in front of a new audience once a week.

#6 Ask for the sale

You would not believe how much this is actually missed in the entire process. We go through all this relationship building, but often when it comes to the finish line to ask for the sale we stumble and we fall for whatever reason. At least at least once a week you should be asking people for the sale that’s dropping a direct link on how people can book to come to your adventures, anyone who’s interested in specific adventures that you have, inviting them them to come to the adventure with the booking link that sends them the very place that they need to in order to book.

This can be a little bit challenging for some people, but I really wanna stress that this is actually one of the most critical parts in order from moving somebody across from just knowing and liking your stuff to becoming a raving fan who is doing your adventures.

So, let’s get started into this free training and number one is to know where you’re going.

#1 Clarity

Clarity is freaking power in your business. Here’s the thing if you don’t know where you are going in your business, you don’t know what that big goal is or the direction you’re driving your business. How you’re gonna know what you need to do every day. What happens more often is people, wake up kinda figure out this is something that they need to be doing every day and then kinda have a bit of guess work and a bit of our scrimmage through that.

So the first step is to get clarity on the direction that you want to take your business. Jot that down and then roll those steps out.

#2 Do your MIAs

Number two is to do your MIAs first. What the freak is an MIA Senka? So an MIA is your Most Important Action. These are things that are actually gonna drive your business forward. It’s so easy for us to get caught in the whole Wake up, Get on facebook,Get into our emails and do all the admin stuff first when that’s actually when we have the most energy in our business is when our minds the freshest that’s when we have the most clarity in our business.

So here’s the thing is, I wanna put you to flip it on its head and I want you to start with your most important actions and your most important actions are gonna be these two things. Your sales activities so the things that actually generate business generate money in your business and number 2 is gonna be your growth actions. The things that that grow and drive your business forward. So start your day with MIA and I can guarantee you that will help you be productive in your business and it will also help with this next step.

#3 Chunk Up

Number three is to chunk up. Our brains can only hold seven plus or minus two pieces of information at any one time, so when you create a to do list for your day that has about 50000 things on it, that you’re never gonna get done in one day, you’re already driving yourself into overwhelm. Your brain cannot actually hold that amount of information.

So in order to make your day more productive is to chunk up so take a lot of the detail out of what you think you need to get done and chunk up so if it is something like, create an email sequence, you know whatever list everything that you need to do with that you just wanna put down, create an email sequence, make sure you get back to your clients. Real, simple point so chunk up seven plus or minus two can hold in our brains.

#4 Stop comparing yourself to everybody else

Number four is my favorite one of all, which is stop stop comparing. Stop comparing yourself to everybody else’s journey. You are on your journey. Comparing ourselves to where everyone else is whether they are ahead of the game, whether it looks like they’re succeeding, looks like they having fun, looks like they’re able to nail everything, it’s so easy to get caught up in facebook’s highlight reels of where everyone’s at in their business and then we buy into the bullsh*t that I’ve got it together and we don’t have our sh*t together.

So I wanna remind you that this is so much about your journey putting one foot in front of the other, not spending the energy the precious energy I have for your business looking at what other people are doing over there and that little spice when, in fact you should actually be spending your energy with you making sure that you do the things that are important, doing those actions do your MIAs, getting out and journaling, doing the stuff that is key to focused on where you’re at and what your journey is. This is my favorite one so stop comparing yourself to what other people are doing and focus your energy and the direction that you wanna be driving your business.
