Yes, I am still in bed check this out and know that is not what I’m talking about, so I wanna talk to you guys about failure in your business because, let’s face it, If you’re not in business, if you’re in business and you’re, not failing at times in your business, then what are you doing? Sounds really weird to say if you’re not failing in your business and what are you doing.

The reality of business as there is so much trial and error and learning and all that sort of stuff and sometimes we deem that as a failure. Like we didn’t get it perfect the first time. Like oh, my ??? God, you didn’t get it right the first time and you’re new to business? What of course you’re a total failure. So this video is, I wanna show you what failure looks like. This is what let me just say how you turn this sucker around. I’m literally in bed. Why? Because I’m downloading all of that stuff there to go into my program.

So this is what it looks like. I’m about to delete all of this stuff here. Thiis is my Leadpages account. I’m about to close it down and I’m just doing a whole lot of stuff. This is failure. This is 100 leadpages that I’ve created for my business, in Adventure Girls in Biz. This is what it looks like. 96 pages, 96 failures right there. 96 lead pages that have and haven’t worked. But what they have created is a platform for me to be able to make changes for what’s working. So this is how it is. It’s like there’s so much what we create in our businesses, some of it works straight off the bat and some of it doesn’t. If you deem it a failure, you will never take the lesson out of it so each of those leadpages that are in there have led me to create systems and processes and leadpages and beta conversions and all of that stuff and that’s the reality of business.

I can give you a great formula and I can give you all of this juicy stuff here that’s going into my program and that’s gonna help that’s gonna help you to a point but you still need to find your own voice and if you get caught in the fact that things are not going the way that you want it to be and you keep calling yourself a failure, then you’re not going to press in your business. So I want you to consider this – all the failures that you’ve had in business, cause I don’t have two hands to do little quotes and you know, take a look back at all the failures that you’ve had in your business and look at the lessons that you have taken from them. I’ll be really interested to know so, for me, these leadpages all of these have helped me fine tune be the systems, processes and beta conversions, better conversion rates.

Has there been a process to create them? Yes, certainly it has but if I looked at every 96 of those failures, it would make me think what the ??? am I doing in business, but no matter what level you’re at business whether you’re starting out whether you’ve been doing it for ??? load of years, whether you’ve been doing it for ages, failures are certainly gonna occur ilke they are going to help and you’re gonna ??? ??? up you are not gonna get it right, but it’s what you take from that and what lesson you take and use that to actually propel and grow your business forward. So I’m gonna leave that with you lovely ladies, what have been your feelings but an actual effect of the big lessons for going forward.

So I’m gonna get back to work sitting in my bed downloading. All of that juicy stuff and clearing out a whole lot of old stuff that I don’t need anymore. Stop Wasting Time On Emails That Don’t Get Opened

What’s the point in having an email list if you can’t get people open the emails to see all the rad dets about your adventure right!

So here’s two sure fire ways to get more people opening your emails and checking out your adventure.

Number 2 sounds so ridiculosly simple you’ll laugh when you hear it (and maybe realise you should be doing this!!!)

I’ve recreated this for you. So you got yourself an email list and you send emails, but no one’s open them so what’s the ??? point in sending emails. So in this video. This free training video I’m gonna share with you two things that every single email should have in order for you to drive open rates and of course, conversion rates for your adventures.

Hi I’m Senka Radonich, creator of adventure girls in biz and for the last eight years, I’ve been running adventure girls and for the last three I’ve been teaching awesome women like you, how to turn your outdoor obsession into a pumping biz without the overwhelm the guess work without having to go at it align so let’s get stuck in today’s training so you guys have an email list right? Well that’s all well and good, but an email list is only as valuable as the open and the click through rates and the engagement so no matter what size list you have, whether you have 500 or five thousand depending on what your engagement rate is like, with your emails, that is where the real value is in your database.

So here’s two things that gonna help you to drive open rates so people actually opening the emails and saying what the hell’s in there so that they know what cool adventures you’ve got coming up and of course, driving through click through rates and conversion rates and actually get people to go from reading an email to then doing something about it.

#1 Create a catchy subject line

Number one is to create a catchy Subject line. The subject line is the thing that people see when the email hits the inbox. Now, if you have something boring, or that gives away what’s included, then they less likely to click through unless they’re interested in that particular adventure. What I found the most effective thing is to actually create a subject line that creates intrigue that creates interest or curiosity so that people actually wanna click through and see, what’s on your email. So here are three of my favorite subject lines that get the best open rate. Number one is “Have you seen this” and the person’s first name. Number two is “I’ve created this for you” insert person’s first name and number three is “Are you coming to this” insert person’s first name. So those emails get the biggest open rate because people are curious about it plus also has their name in the subject line which doesn’t seem like much, but actually helps drive open rates a lot more so when you’re sending out your next email make sure that you’ve got something that actually sparks curiosity in the subject line.

#2 Call to action

Number two is every email should include this to help drive conversion rates and that is a call to action otherwise known as that C2A. The call to action is the thing that you want people to do once they have read your email. Now this might sound, like it’s really freaking simple but you would be surprised as to how hard people make it when they send an email out to go “hey here’s my cool adventure and you can find out more on our website” without putting a direct link to what you want them to do and embedding that link in multiple locations throughout your email so making sure that you’re photo has a link that the description of the actual adventure has a link and that you have something that says click here to read more.

You’ll be surprised as to how few times people put a link directly to the adventure that you want people to check out and I only send it to the general page. So make your call to action specific and make sure you put it in multiple times throughout your email. So there you have it two of my email must haves in order to drive your open rates and your conversion rates.
